ChargeBot Troubleshooting
The PDU does not seem to receive power. The display is off and no LEDs light up.
Ensure that the PDU gets power. Open the front door of ChargeBot and ensure that the AC Out breaker is turned “ON”. Also ensure that the “System” status LED lights up green. Also ensure that all cable connections are in place as described in the installation instructions.
My equipment or batteries are not being charged. The battery is low but the system is plugged into the grid.
If ChargeBots battery is very low, ChargeBot will go into power saver mode. Please allow for the battery to charge above 12% from the grid or solar. ChargeBot will then resume normal operation.
My ChargeBot location or information does not update in the App.
ChargeBot requires an active internet and GPS connection to communicate with the App.Please ensure that both the LTE and GPS antenna cables are properly connected to ChargeBot. The cables are not interchangeable. Ensure that “GPS” is connected to “GPS” and “LTE” to “LTE”. Ensure that your antenna is mounted on the outside of the vehicle, ideally on the roof. You can use your mobile phone to check cell service in your area. If your mobile phone has no cell service it is likely that ChargeBot will also not have cell service. In this case, move to a different location and wait for the App to update. If the problem persists, contact customer service
